Excel文書を印刷イメージでJpgファイルに
先ほど、普段の通り社内からの急な書類提出要請による残業をこなしつつ
そんなアドインソフトが無いものかと探しておりました＞％タイトル％
PowerPointなら『Jpgファイルとして保存』というメニューがありますが
要はそれをExcelでも行ないたいんです
当然ファイルによって様々な大きさになるから、
必要範囲を選択して、右クリックで『この範囲をJpegファイルとして書き出し』
などが出来れば使い勝手サイコーっスよね？
表計算ファイルのシェアリングについては前回書いた通りですが

さらにcsvにするまでもなく、
画像ファイルとして持っていても良い内容がいくつかあるんです
商品データベースなどもそれに該当するかもしれません
画像ファイルなら一覧性にも優れるし、呼出しも早いし、
伸縮＆拡大も自由自在、おまけに添付メールも赤外線通信も簡単にできる
こんな目的にピッタリのソフト、どっかにないかなぁ？
…と、叫ぼうとして気づきました
僕にはZaurus、そしてザウルスショットがあるでねーかっ！
Zaurusはもちろん優れモノですけど、
このPC用付属ソフト−ザウルスショットも相当使い勝手が良い代物で
上記に挙げた、僕の望むJpg書き出し機能を全て叶えてくれちゃいます
画面で見えている部分をキャプチャできるだけでなく、
印刷範囲に指定した部分をワンタッチでJpgに書き出せるんですよ？
これなら、超・整理手帳に挟んでいたような書類も
何枚かは画像ファイルで持ち運べばいいかもしれないなぁ
そんなわけで、遅ればせながらこのソフトの便利さに気づきました
これからはマメに使い込んでいきたいと思います

ご情報ありがとうございます！
早速見に行ってきたんですが、専用ファイル形式なんですね
Excelにアドインメニューが出るとこなんて
理想そのまんまなんですけど…
それをメール可能というところまで使いたいので
やっぱりJpgの方が使いやすいんですよ
でも直接Palmに流し込めるのは便利だなぁ
とりあえず試用してみようと思います
